Westdeutscher Handwerkskammertag (WHKT) – Project Coordinator

The Westdeutscher Handwerkskammertag (www.whkt.de) with registered offices in Düsseldorf is the regional council representing and joining together the seven Chambers of Crafts and Skilled Trades in North Rhine Westphalia. The specialist topics prioritised by the WHKT include craft and trade & industry law, organisational matters and vocational training and schools’ policy. In addition, the WHKT deals with economic observations and statistics, expert consultants, planning and environmental matters, Europe, multimedia, design and programming and PR work.

Europe Unlimited e.V.

The non-profit association Europe Unlimited e.V. was founded in 2015 with the aim of designing, implementing and testing measures and actions that can serve to break down prejudices and borders among people of all walks of life and ages through understanding, encounters and intercultural learning, and to enable cross-border cultural exchange at the European level.
Europe Unlimited sees its role and its special strength in bringing together experts from different fields under a common roof in order to be able to use their complementary expertise optimally in the sense of the statutory goals.

Special expertise

Europe Unlimited unites central key competences in different areas through its association members:

  • Information and communication technologies including programming of apps and web apps;
  • Management of projects with European, national and regional funding;
  • Education, training and vocational training;
  • Law and legislation; and
  • Insurance and banking.

Our members are also highly experienced in the leadership and management of various associations in the voluntary sector, have excellent access to institutions for youth, young adults and people with a migrant background, as well as people in precarious circumstances, such as young prisoners aged 14 to 24 with and without a migrant background and the administration of the associated prison.

Special social context

The interest of Europe Unlimited and its members in the implementation of European funding projects arises from the great challenges that politics and society have to deal with in today’s world. The members see themselves as a link between society, people in precarious situations and the economy and would like to consciously make an active contribution to improving social integration with their competencies, access and knowledge.

Association of Thessalian Industries & Enterprises (STHEV)

The Association of Thessalian Industries & Enterprises (STHEV) is the heart of the economic activity and business world in Thessaly and it also represents an established social partner, who resolutely contributes to the creation of favorable conditions which are in favor of business activities and of all economic development in general. The work of the Association is composed of diverse activities including the monitoring, study, research and promotion of issues of entrepreneurship, the culture of solidarity between firms, cooperation with public authorities and unions to strengthen social dialogue, participation in national and international committees, councils, conferences, exhibitions and events for dealing with economic goals, and develop initiatives designed to promote and contribute to the overall interests of national economy.

KAINOTOMIA

KAINOTOMIA is a level-two Lifelong Learning Centre (KE.DI.VI.M2) located in Larissa, Greece, which among others is active in the field of Vocational Education and Training. KAINOTOMIA has implemented numerous innovative continuous vocational training programs for unemployed people, employees/self-employed, educators, trainers, and trainees of all educational sectors, and also vulnerable social groups, for the development of professional opportunities and for their promotion and integration into the labor market and society, in general. KAINOTOMIA provides training in various fields, which are in high demand in the contemporary labor market in order to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of trainees.

Danmar Computers

Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which the company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares training tailored to the needs of various learners. During 22 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 100 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and Erasmus+. In many of these projects, Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies.

Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the online system for the management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organizations as well as private sector companies. International networks include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country.
